From Renting to Owning!
After 14 years of renting homes in golf communities from California, Arizona to Florida, we decided to settle in Florida because of the weather being more consistently beautiful in the months we desired to golf. We looked in numerous communities but decided on The Renaissance because of the availability to golf at will because of the small membership. Then we had to find the desired condo/house to purchase which, luckily, lead us to the Rigsby Team. They were outstanding. They were patient with our numerous questions, understanding of our concerns, advised us on solutions and helped with negotiations. We were extremely blessed to have found this team of professionals that we now call friends.
Brian and Natasha are excellent at what they do. From start to finish a great experience. They always did extensive research and were well prepared during our home purchase search. They really do their homework. They helped us find the home we wanted that would "make us happy" rather than steering us to something they wanted to sell us. In other words, they were only interested in helping us find the home that was right for our needs. They are also great problem solvers as things do come up during the contract process. They always managed to fix any negotiation issues very quickly. I can't overemphasize how hard they work during the home search and the closing process. Brian was great with us from start to finish. We meet him at an open house and reached out to him shortly thereafter to start our search for a Florida vacation home in Lely. He found us exactly what we were looking for, helped us by doing FaceTime tours as we did most things remotely. When we came to Florida for the closing he was more than helpful. He provided us with lots of local information which we needed and even helped move some furniture!! Hurricane Irma hit shortly after our closing and Brian thoughtfully reached out to us to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Brain and Natasha you couldn't ask for a better team.
